About Us
Almost everything you'll see here is handmade by either myself, (Rita), or one of my sisters, (I have a few), or a niece (I have several of those also!). So far I haven't gotten by brothers or nephews interested in jewelry making. Hmm.
I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive and also very understanding. He does his best to encourage me when I do my "show and tell" with the new designs I've come up with. He just isn't likely to start getting excited over shiny, "girly" things like I am I guess.
My hobby has turned into what I'm hoping will become more of a full time job. But a fun job! My "real" job is as a hairstylist. Sometimes that's fun too, but I've been doing that for more than 25 years now.
The names of some of the items come from my family, friends, or customers. When someone asks for a specific design, or just inspires me in some other way, I use that name.
If you have a special request about a type of bead, design, color, etc., go to the contact us page and send a message. All ideas are welcome. We may not be able to use them all, but we're happy to receive them. And if you see something you like that is already made, but would like it in another color, or size, let us know that too.
